How do I access the community portal?
The portal is invitation only and intended for Cascade Highlands Homeowners. To get started please Email us and we will send an invitation. The link to the portal can always be found in the top right of this website.
How do I submit an architecture request?
The easiest way to submit a request is on the community portal. Or Email us if you have any questions.
What types of items are required for Architectural approval?
Painting, clearing, grading, construction, roofing and any buildings, fence, wall or any structures require approval. Requests may be submitted using the community portal or via email.
How do I contact the Property Manager?
You can email us at support@mclarinmgmt.com or give us a call at 425.249.0548 (voicemail service). We work hard to get back to community members in a timely manner.
Can I attend board meetings?
All board meetings are open to attendance by community members. We will post upcoming meeting dates and times on the portal when they are available.
